The Munich U -Bahn station Olympia shopping center is named after the shopping center and consists of two levels.

Level 1

The upper level was opened on 31 October 2004 and is served by the U1. The train station is its northern edge and is 11.50 meters below the Hanauer Straße. He has two barrier levels. The north has a bike - and-ride car park, which is unique in the Munich underground and offers direct access to the EET. The Southern leads among other things to the platform of the U3. In a work of art by Olaf Metzel is housed, which will symbolize the movement of the surface in the Underground Station 3 guardrails. The train station has, in contrast to most other in Munich, outdoor platforms to save a transfer level to the platform of the nearly perpendicular intersecting U3. The platform is pillarless with a wingspan of over 17 meters, the largest self-supporting reinforced concrete floor in the Munich subway. The ceiling is painted blue and there with the light the walls of folded, partially mirrored stainless steel sheets and the bright stone floor a pleasant atmosphere.

Level 2

On the lower level, which was opened on October 28, 2007, reversed the U3. Until the opening of the line to Moosach 11 December 2010, this was the northern end of the line. The station is located under the Pelkovenstraße and has a lock basement with connection to U1 and one through which you can reach the Pelkovenstraße. The rear track walls are made of stainless steel pyramid-shaped elements, so that they reflect the light. The lighting is attached to the blue-painted ceiling with ellipsoidal shaped struts halfway up. The interior of the two stations is from Betz architects Munich.
