Franco Gallo

Franco Gallo ( born April 23, 1937 in Rome ) is an Italian lawyer and from January 29 to September 16, 2013 President of the Italian Constitutional Court.

In the government Carlo Azeglio Ciampis Gallo was without a party from May 1993 to May 1994 Minister of Finance. From September 16 2004 to September 16, 2013 he was judge of the Italian Constitutional Court and was under Alfonso Quaranta vice president.

Gallo is a corresponding member of the Accademia dei Lincei.
