Frank Sando

Frank Sando ( Frank Dennis Sando; born March 14, 1931 in Maidstone, † October 13, 2012 ) was a British long-distance and cross-country runners. In addition to three medals at Commonwealth Games and European Championships on the track, he won in the 1950 six medals at the unofficial World Cross Country Championships, the Cross of Nations.
