Frédéric Cassivi

Frédéric Cassivi ( born June 12, 1975 in Sorel, Quebec ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender, who was most recently in February 2013 at the Reading Royals of the ECHL under contract.

Career

The 1.93 m wide goalie began his career in the Canadian Junior Football League QMJHL before he selected by the Ottawa Senators during the NHL Entry Draft in 1994 as a 210 player in the ninth round ( drafted ) was.

Cassivi spent several years at various farm teams of the Senators, he was obliged as a free agent by the Colorado Avalanche in 1999. There he was employed in the AHL farm team only in the avalanche the Hershey Bears. 2002 Cassivi was transferred from the Avalanche to the Atlanta Thrashers.
