Furong District

The City Furong District (Chinese芙蓉 区/芙蓉 区, pinyin Furong qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Changsha, capital of Hunan province. The municipality has an area of 42 km ² and has approximately 350,000 ( 2003). It lies on the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River.
