Kaifu District, Changsha

The City Kaifu District (Chinese开 福 区/开 福 区, pinyin Kaifu qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Changsha, capital of Hunan province. The municipality has an area of 187 km ² and has about 400,000 inhabitants (2003 ). It lies on the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River.
