Tianxin District

The Tianxin District (Chinese天心区/天心区, Pinyin Tianxin qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Changsha, capital of Hunan province. The municipality has an area of 74 km ² and has about 400,000 ( 2003). It lies on the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River.
