Furuset Ishockey was established in 1934 Norwegian ice hockey club from Oslo, part of the multi-sports club Furuset IF. The team plays in the first divisjon and bear its home games at Furuset forum.

History

The Department of Furuset IF Hockey was founded in 1934. For a long time Furuset Ishockey was an integral part of Norway's highest league and won a total of seven times Norwegian Champion titles (1949, 1951, 1952, 1954, 1980, 1983 and 1990). Only Vålerenga Ishockey and Gamlebyen have won more championships in Norway. In the 2008 /09 season the team got down to the sub-prime first divisjon, in which she plays since then.
