Genivolta

Genivolta is a municipality with 1180 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy.

Location

Genivolta Located on the Strada Statale SS 498, 2 km west of the Natural Park Isola Uccelanda and 3 km southwest of the Riserva Naturale della Bosco Marisca. After Crema in the northwest it is 5 km and 4 km Soresina in the south. The Autostrada 21 is 20 km to the east. Milan is 56 km north-west.

Festivals

The patronage of the place is the St. Lawrence and is celebrated annually on August 10.
