Georgi Kostadinov

Georgi Kostadinov Charalampiew (also Georgi Kostadinov Haralampiev written, Bulgarian Георги Харалампиев Костадинов; born March 3, 1950 in Burgas ) is a former Bulgarian boxer. It was 1972 Olympic champion in the flyweight and is the first Bulgarian Olympic champion in boxing.

Kostadinov took part in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich. There, he won 22 - year gold medal in the flyweight. He won superior to the semi-finals against the Polish champions of 1971, Leszek Błażyński, and in the final against the Ugandan bronze medalist of 1968 in Mexico City, Leo Rwabwogo.
