Gijs Ronnes

Gijs Ronnes ( born June 10, 1977 in Boxmeer ) is a former Dutch beach volleyball player.

Career

Gijs Ronnes 2001 played his first international tournaments with Max Backer. In 2003 he formed a new duo with Jochem de Gruijter. At the European Championships 2004, the two Dutch occupied the 19th place. The World Cup in 2005 they finished after defeats against the Norwegians Horrem / Pettersen and the Brazilians Marcio Araujo / Fabio Luiz 25th ranked Her biggest success was de Gruijter / Ronnes at the European Championships in 2006 when she only in the final against the Germans Julius Brink and Christoph Dieckmann documents.
