Glasgow Rutherglen (Scottish Parliament constituency)

Glasgow Rutherglen was a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 1999 as one of ten constituencies of choice Glasgow Area, which was re-cut by the revision of constituencies in 2011 and comprises only nine constituencies. Here, the constituency of Glasgow Rutherglen was abolished. He covered the southeastern Glasgow city districts and densely populated areas of South Lanarkshire Council Area with the cities of Blantyre, Cambuslang and Rutherglen. It was sent a deputy.
