Gottlieb Göller

Gottlieb Goller ( born May 31, 1935 in Nuremberg, † August 27 2004 in Basel ) was a German football player, engineer and four-time football coach of the national teams of Togo.

Career as a football player

Goeller started by a hopeful youth, his career as a football player at the 1 FC Nuremberg, where he played from 1953 to 1955. For Nuremberg, he ran into two friendlies, but completed no duty games. Career as a coach

National coach of Togo and Africa Championship 1972

Goeller, working as an engineer in Togo, was entrusted to operate Harald Ganns, former Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Togo, the responsibility in early 1970 as coach of the Togolese national team. The late 1970s was Goeller coach of Julius Berger FC in Nigeria, a football club owned by the construction company Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, a subsidiary of the German Bilfinger Berger.
