Greatest Hits: Back to the Start

Greatest Hits: Back to the Start (English for " Greatest Hits: Back to the beginning ") is a compilation album by the American heavy metal band Megadeth. It includes 17 songs from albums from the years 1985 to 2001. Greatest Hits appeared a year after the release of The System Has Failed, the first album by the band whose interim resolution. However, the greatest hits album contains no songs from The System Has Failed.

The cover of the Greatest Hits release shows the explosion of the hydrogen bomb during Operation Castle Romeo. In the fungus, the outlines Vic Rattle Heads to recognize the mascot of the band. The title "Back to the Start" is based on a passage of the song Rust in Peace ... Polaris from the album Rust in Peace.

The album placed to number 66 in the U.S. Billboard 200 In addition, it was awarded in Canada in 2011 with a gold record for selling 50,000 units.
