Harju is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Emmaste ( Emmaste vald ). It is the second largest Estonian island of Hiiumaa ( German Dagö ), near the Baltic Sea coast.

Worth seeing are the two historic windmills in the village. You are under monument protection. The Mill of Harju Rätsepa was built in 1892, the mill of Nõmme, 1781.
