Herttoniemi ( swedish Hertonäs ) is the 43rd district (Finnish kaupunginosa ) of the Finnish capital Helsinki. He covers both the ( osa - alue ) Länsi- Herttoniemi (West Herttoniemi ) Roihuvuori, Herttoniemen teollisuusalue ( industrial area Herttoniemi ) and Herttoniemenranta. Herttoniemi is also the name of a city district ( peruspiiri ) which additionally comprises the sub-region Tammisalo.
