How Dare You!

How Dare You! is the fourth album by the British band 10cc and was released in January 1976.

History

It was the last 10cc album with this lineup. Kevin Godley and Lol Creme were working on their own musical project Godley & Creme and were shortly afterwards to the first music video pioneers. The album cover was designed by Hipgnosis team.

Reception

The album peaked in the UK the top spot in the LP charts and was also placed 14 weeks in the Top 10. In the U.S., the album went straight into the LP charts only to 47th place

First Art For Art's Sake was released as a single. The record reached number 5 in the UK, in the U.S. they only landed at number 83 in early 1976 appeared I'm Mandy Fly Me as a single and reached number 6 in the UK and the U.S. 60th Place

Herbe for criticizing Robert Christgau on the album, which he imputed " rot ", also know 10cc never whether they wanted to be funny or just beautiful, what to put back in nine cases out of ten, that they were not both.
