Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

The Autonomous District Huangnan Tibetan (Chinese黄 南 藏族 自治州, Pinyin Huangnan Zàngzú Zìzhìzhōu, Tibetan: རྨ་ལྷོ་བོད་རིགས་རང་སྐྱོང་ཁུལ་; Wylie transliteration: Rma - lho Bod- rigs rang- skyong - khul ) located in the east of Qinghai province and is the Tibetan cultural region of Amdo Act.
