Hugh McDonald (American musician)

Hugh " Huey " McDonald ( born December 28, 1950 in Philadelphia, PA) is an American bassist. He played with many artists such as Cher, Ricky Martin, Alice Cooper and Ringo Starr both live and in the studio.

Currently, he mostly plays with the rock band Bon Jovi. Here he is regarded as unofficial member, is therefore not shown accordingly on album art or promotional photos, but plays in many music videos of the band. By his own admission he acts but from the beginning, and not just since 1994 Alec John Such left the band has a bassist with.
