Ilyushin Il-108
The Ilyushin Il -108 (Russian Ильюшин Ил -108 ) is a Russian project for a twin-engine business jet of the Russian manufacturer Ilyushin.
History
The Ilyushin design bureau worked the early nineties on a business jet with the designation Il- 108. A first model was introduced in 1990.
The draft provides for either a nine -seater or a 15 seater Commuter Bizjet. The machine is a twin-engine low-wing monoplane with a T-tail. The two Lotarew DW -2 engines deliver each 22 kN thrust and mounted above the fuselage center at the rear. A second version is 35.2 kN strong DW -22 - be equipped engines - High- bypass.
