Isaac Kiprono Songok

Isaac Kiprono Songok ( born April 25, 1984 in Kaptel at Kapsabet, Nandi District, Rift Valley Province) is a Kenyan middle and long distance runners.

The youth 2001 world champion in the 1500 meter race was over the same distance at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis and ninth at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens twelfth.

Subsequently he moved to the 5000 -meter run.
