Jean-Pierre Dumont

Jean -Pierre " J. P. " Dumont ( born April 1, 1978 in Montreal, Quebec ) is a Canadian ice hockey player ( Right Wing ), who was recently at the SC Bern of the National League A under contract.

Career

As a junior he played for the Val- d'Or Foreurs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Dumont was pulled at the NHL Entry Draft in 1996 by the New York Islanders in the third position in the. In 1998 he was for Dmitri Nabokov and a draft pick to the Chicago Blackhawks transferred, in which he has his first NHL game contested.
