Jezernice, Czech Republic

Jezernice ( German Jesernik, also Seefeld) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located eight kilometers west Hranicky and belongs to Okres Přerov.

Geography

Jezernice is located on the right side of the Bečva at the foot of the mountains Or. The village extends along the creek Jezernice in north-south direction. On the southern outskirts of the village the railway line between Hranice and Přerov that overcomes the Valley of Jezernice on a 426 m long viaduct runs. Also in the south leads the E 442 between Hranice and Lipník over. Beyond the Bečva the mountains rise in the south Krásnice ( 461 m) and Malenik ( 479 m) in the Maleníkwald. North of the village is the route of the motorway A1 / E 462 of Lipník after Bělotín to be released on this section to traffic in 2008.

Neighboring towns are Podhoří in the north, Milenov in the northeast, and Drahotuše Slavíč in the east, Přední family and Zadnà family to the southeast, Tyn nad Bečvou in the south, and Benátky Lipník the southwest, Loučka in the west and Bohuslávky in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village dates from 1353rd A church and a rectory were built in the first half of the 14th century. At the beginning of the Thirty Years' War was extinguished, the parish and the parish was Jezernik from 1622 to Drahotuš. 1785 was a new church, which was the parish church in 1855. Southeast of the village the Familiantensiedlung Colonie Jesernik was created at the end of the 18th century on Jeserniker pond. During the construction of the Emperor Ferdinand Northern Railway was built 1842-1847 Viaduct Jesernitz.

After the abolition of patrimonial Jezernik in 1849 an independent village in the District Commission White Moravian churches. After the draining of the pond Jeserniker the colony Jesernik was expanded in the second half of the 19th century and after the settlement on the east bank Zadnà family / family background had arisen Přední family / family referred to as the front. Since the end of the 19th century, the local name Jezernice was used. In 1889 the old cemetery, which was located around the Church, abolished and consecrated the new cemetery on the way to Lipník.
