Judith Graßl

Judith Grassl ( born April 6, 1968 in Berchtesgaden ) is a German ski mountaineer. She is a member of the German national ski mountaineering.

Life

Grassl began at a young age with the mountain climbing and many other sports. In the young men of the German Alpine Club, she learned climbing, undertook high mountain tours, rose by scrambling and took ski trips. She stepped into the ski club Ramsau eV, operational judo, cross-country skiing, triathlon and went racing and mountain bikes. Professionally, she has worked in an optician. In 2004, she won the German Championship. In 2006, she was recovering from surgery of the cruciate ligament and is one of the most successful German Skibergsteigerinnen. It belonged in 2006 at the Patrouille des Glaciers for the first German team, which reached the top three places in this traditional race.

She is married to the ski mountaineer Franz Grassl, with whom she has two children and lives in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden.
