Julius Gitahi

Julius Gitahi ( born April 29, 1978 in Nyeri ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

In 1999, he won the 5000m gold at the Pan-African Games in Johannesburg, and the following year he was at the Olympic Games in Sydney over the same distance ninth.

In 2007 he won the Hokkaido Marathon, and in 2008 he was third in the Tokyo Marathon and seventh at the Hokkaido Marathon.
