The Kahramanmaras Airport ( Turkish Kahramanmaras Havalimanı ) is a Turkish airport near the city of Kahramanmaras in their suburb Genç Osman. It is operated by the State DHMI.
The airport was established in 1996 put into use and is used exclusively civil. He has one terminal with a capacity of 400,000 passengers a year and a paved airstrip, but no instrument flight landing system (ILS ) has. However, it has set up a satellite-based launch and recovery system ( RNAP ), which is a land in poor weather conditions, and enabling at night. The apron has a size of 100 × 50 meters and can accommodate two airliners.
The associated therewith city Kahramanmaras is located about 5 kilometers away. They can be reached D -835 by taxi, private car or bus on the highway. Front of the terminal there is a parking lot for 40 cars.
