Kari Kuivalainen

Kari Kuivalainen ( born November 14, 1960) is a Finnish singer and composer.

In his early years he was active as a drummer of several bands. In the Finnish preselection at Euro Vision Song Contest in 1985, he was experiencing for the first time: as a composer of the title Haaveissa voinko oot mun? for the singer Riki Sorsa, which took second place. The next year he went to himself. Ihmisen kahden With his self-penned pop ballad Päivä he was the winner of the pre-selection and was allowed to compete in Bergen at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1986.
