Kasetsart University

Kasetsart University ( Thai: มหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์, RTGS: Mahawitthayalai Kasetsat, pronunciation: [ Kase ː tsa ː t], translated: " University of Agricultural Sciences " ) in Bangkok is one of the largest and most prestigious public universities in Thailand and was the first agricultural university of the country. History

Kasetsart existed in 1914 as an educational specialist school for agriculture. It was founded by three friends: Luang Suwan Vajokkasikij, Phra Luang Chuangkasetsinlapakan and Ingkhasikasikan. The three are venerated today as a founding father. Prior to her statue on the university campus to bring students, especially before exams, floral wreaths and animal figures as offerings dar. Ranking

In the QS World University Ranking 2013, the Kasetsart University in the subject groups medicine and life sciences, social sciences and economics was one of Thailand's leading universities. In agriculture and forestry, they even won the first place in Thailand and number 33 worldwide.
