Kenan Yelek

Kenan Yelek ( born August 15, 1975 in Giresun ) is a former Turkish football player and coach. Through his many years of service for Samsunspor he is associated with this club.

Playing career

Association

Yelek began with the club football in the youth from the Istanbul club Kartalspor and started his professional career in 1994 with the then third division Gebzespor. For this club, he played the next three seasons long and moved in summer 1997 to Istanbul Erstligaabsteiger Zeytinburnuspor.

After Yelek two game OPENING HOURS worked for Zeytinburnuspor, he went to the summer of 1999 in the highest Turkish league, in the first Lig to Altay Izmir. For this club, he played only one season and moved to the missed relegation to the first division side Samsunspor. In Samsunspor he established himself immediately as a regular player and later rose also to guide players. In 2004 he was nominated in the Turkish national team. In the season 2005/ 06 his club missed the league. Yelek then gave his club loyalty and went with the TFF 1 Lig, where he played until the summer of 2011 for Samsunspor, which he ran aground as captain in recent years. The season 2010/11 he finished with his team as Vice- Master of TFF 1 Lig, an increase after six years of absence, on in the Süper Lig. After the rise of leaked Treaty of Yelek was not renewed. Yelek then took to end his career as an occasion this contract.

National

Yelek was under a March 31, 2004 for the next test match against the Croatian national team by then Imterimsnationaltrainer Ünal Karaman for the first time in the squad of the Turkish national team. Substitute for that game was Yelek in the 46th minute and completed his only game.

Coaching career

Yelek worked following his playing career and worked as a first job as an assistant coach for Samsunsposr.
