Kenya at the 2008 Summer Paralympics

Kenya participated with 18 athletes at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China. Flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Henry Wanyioke. The most successful athlete of the Kenyan team was Henry Kiprono Kirwa. He won three gold medals in track and field in the disciplines of 1500 meters, 5000 meters and 10,000 meters in the class T13 and T12, respectively.
