Kévin Hecquefeuille

Kévin Hecquefeuille ( born November 20, 1984 in Amiens ) is a French ice hockey player who is since 2013 in the SCL Tigers in the National League B under contract.

Career

Kévin Hecquefeuille began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of the HC Amiens Somme, for the first team, he was from 2002 to 2004 in the Ligue Magnus, the highest French league, active. With the team the offensive defender was in season 2002/ 03, first runner-up and was even awarded this season with the Trophée Jean -Pierre Graff as rookie of the year in Ligue Magnus. In the following game OPENING HOURS he won with Amiens first time the French title. Then the Frenchman moved to the league rivals Grenoble Métropole Hockey 38, with which he was again champion in 2007. After his contract was not renewed in Cologne, Hecquefeuille returned to the 2010/11 season to his hometown club HC Amiens Somme - in the Ligue Magnus back. There he became an assistant captain and was with 38 scorer points, including nine goals, convince in 35 games. As a defender with the most points scorer and templates of the main round, he was also awarded the Trophée Albert Hassler as the best French player of the Ligue Magnus. For the 2011/12 season he was bound by the Genève -Servette HC of the Swiss National League A. In the 2013/14 season the defender was obliged by the SCL Tigers.

Internationally

For France Kévin Hecquefeuille took at junior level at the U18 Junior C World Championships in 2001 and 2002 and the U20 Junior B World Championships in 2003 and 2004 in part. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the B World Championships in 2005, 2006 and 2007, and at the A World Championships 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. During the 2011 World Cup, he was elected one of the three best players in France.
