Kidane Tadesse

Kidane Tadasse, also Tadesse or Tadese, (* 1987 in Adi Bana ) is an Eritrean long-distance runner. His older brother Zersenay Tadese is a multiple world champion and current world record holder in the half marathon distance.

Tadasse finished second in the junior race of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in 2005 and 2006, the courts sixteen and eleven. At the Track Junior World Championships in 2006 in Beijing, he finished sixth in the 5000 -meter run. Also in the Chinese capital, he first appeared in Adults range in appearance. In the 2008 Olympics he finished tenth in the 5000m, finishing in twelfth place in the 10,000 -meter run.

At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009, he reached over 10,000 m in ninth place, while he missed the finals in the 5000 -meter run. In 2010 he occupied at the World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz the fifteenth place and won with the Eritrean team the silver medal in the national rankings.
