Zersenay Tadese

Zersenay Tadese (also written Zersenay Tadesse; born February 8, 1982 in Adi Bana ) is an Eritrean long-distance runner.

As recently as 2002 he began to part in competitions, and soon had success both on the track and in cross-country and road running.

In 2003, he was ninth at the World Cross Country Championships, eighth in the 10,000 - meter race of the IAAF World Championships in Paris / Saint- Denis and seventh at the World Half Marathon Championships in Vilamoura.
