The 35th IAAF World Cross Country Championships were held in the IAAF Mombasa ( Kenya) on 24 March 2007.

Course
Event was held at the golf course on Mombasa Iceland, on a 2 km long round had been set up, which could be shortened to 1.2 km. Including the 800 meters from the start to the beginning of the round handled the men 12 km, women and junior 8km and the Junior Women 6 km.
Competitions
A total of $ 280,000 in prize money were exposed for adult competitions, one of which was attributable to the winner of each race $ 30,000 and each winning team $ 20,000.
