Kočov

Kočov ( German Gottschau ) is a municipality with 202 inhabitants ( 1 January 2004) in the Czech Republic. It is located 8 kilometers east of Tachov at an altitude of 465 m asl at the Mies.

In the district of Ústí nad Mží the hammer Bach ( Hamerský Brook ) flows into the Mies.

History

The first mention of God show dates back to 1357th gepfarrt was the place to Bruck on the hammer. Until 1850 Gottschau was part of the manorial plan Gottschau. 1939 lived in Gottschau including the districts Johannesdorf and St. Johann 446 people.

On 1 January 1980 Kočov was incorporated into Plana, since 24 November 1990, it is again an independent municipality.

Community structure

The municipality includes the districts Kočov Janov ( Johannesdorf ) Klíčov ( Glitschau ) and Ústí nad Mží ( TRUSS ). In the hallways, the abandoned site is svatý Jan (St. Johann ).
