Kōichirō Genba

Koichiro Gemba (Japanese玄 叶 光 一郎, Koichiro Gemba, born May 20, 1964 in Funehiki, County Tamura (now Tamura ), Fukushima Prefecture) is a Japanese politician and the DPJ 's former foreign minister of his country.
