Lean Into It is the title of the second studio album by the American hard rock band Mr. Big. The album contains the biggest single success of the group, To Be with You.
Formation
The album was recorded Recorders in Los Angeles with producer Kevin Elson Rumbo in the studio, more recordings took place in Cherokee Studios, and in the Fantasy Studios. With this album, Mr. Big in 1991 his international breakthrough. The album contained among others the title of Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy, who was given the subtitle The Electric Drill Song as bassist Billy Sheehan and guitarist Paul Gilbert played their instruments each with a cordless drill Makita.
In the title CDFF - Lucky This Time called " CDFF " the intro of the title - it is a very fast version of the song being played Addicted to That Rush from the debut album of the group; " CDFF " stands for " CD Fast Forward" ("CD - fast forward "). Lean Into It made it in Germany at # 9 of the album charts. In the U.S., it climbed to number 15 on the Billboard 200 and stayed 38 weeks in the charts. The then released single, Just Take My Heart, was able to assert itself in the charts: 23 Weeks and 16th place on the Hot 100 could also be seen.
The cover of the album shows a photo that was after the spectacular railway accident at the Gare Montparnasse, had occurred on October 22, 1895 in Paris, was added.
