Lennart Thy ( [ lenɑ: rd ti: ], * February 25, 1992 in Frechen ) is a German footballer who plays in the position of striker. Thy is considered to be dynamic and robust center forward. It can also be used as an attacking midfielder.
Career
In the club
Lennart Thy was born in Frechen. Thy started playing football in his hometown at Viktoria Frechen. In this club, however, he remained only a year and then moved to the north, where he played for FC, PSV and the JFV. 2007 he moved to the youth department of Werder Bremen, where he U -17 and U-19 Bundesliga was used in the. When he was part of the recent vintage of the A- youth, he was a few days after his 18th birthday, his professional league debut at the home game of Bremen's reserve team against Holstein Kiel on the 3rd league.
