Liferay

Liferay Portal is a royalty-free open-source software that is used by companies as an employee and business process - oriented Enterprise Portal. With Liferay information, data and applications can be combined and customized a unified user interface in the browser of the employee so as to support the business processes in the company electronically. History

Brian Chan began in 2000 with the development of Liferay to allow non-profit organizations, the use of an Enterprise Portal Solution. 2004, the company Liferay, Inc. was founded. The head office for Europe ( Liferay GmbH) located in Germany. Since 2007, the headquarters for Asia in Dalian exists.
