Linus Videll
Linus Videll (born 5 May 1985 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since January 2012 Severstal Cherepovets in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career
Linus Videll began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of AIK Solna in which he was active until 2002. The 2002/03 season began the winger in the junior department of Brynäs IF before moving within the highest U20 Junior League Sweden to Södertälje SK. For the professional team of Södertälje SK he played from 2003 to 2011 a total of eight years. Mostly he played for the team in the Elitserien, the highest Swedish league. Only in the 2006/07 season he had to compete with his team in the second-rate HockeyAllsvenskan, but he succeeded with the SSK, the direct promotion back to the Elitserien. Parallel to the game mode with the Sodertalje SK, he stood from 2004 to 2006 as Players out on loan for the second division side Halmstad Hammers and AIK Solna on the ice.
After re- descent with Södertälje Videll began the 2011/12 season with his hometown club AIK Solna. For this, he scored five goals in 14 games and seven assists in the Elitserien, before he was in October 2011 committed by HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk in the Kontinental Hockey League. The AIK received compensation of 3.5 million Swedish crowns in return.
End of December 2012, the contract was terminated with Videll prematurely. A few days later, he was then taken by Severstal Cherepovets under contract.
Internationally
For Sweden Videll took part in the U18 World Youth Championship in 2003 and the U20 World Youth Championship in 2005.
