List of cities and towns in Trinidad and Tobago

This is a list of cities in Trinidad and Tobago.

By far the largest agglomeration in Trinidad and Tobago is Port of Spain ( January 1, 2005 level ) with a population of 267 527. This means that around 20 percent of the country's population is concentrated in the capital region.

In the following table are the cities of over 1,000 inhabitants, the results of the census of 15 May 2000, a calculation for January 1, 2005 and the parent management unit ( region ), to which the city is listed. The cities of Arima, Chaguanas, Point Fortin, Port of Spain and San Fernando are independent and do not belong to the region. The population figures refer to the actual city without suburban belt.
