Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro

Mansalay is a Philippine municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, in the Administrative Region IV -B, Mimaropa. It has 51 705 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 17 barangays. Classified as a congregation of the second income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

The topography of the municipality is characterized by mountainous terrain. Parts of Mount Iglit Baco National Park situated on the territory of the municipality. Your neighboring municipalities are Sablayan and Calintaan ( Occidental Mindoro Province ) in the west, Roxas and Bongabong in the north, Bulalacao in the south. To the east is the Tablas Strait.
