Manuel Zeitz ( born August 1, 1990 in Völklingen ) is a German football player. His preferred position is central midfield.

Career

Association

Zeitz started to play football at the age of three years at SC Großrosseln. His talent was recognized early and in the C -Jugend in 2004 he joined eventually by 1 FC Saarbrücken. On 5 September 2008, he was there for his first competitive game use in the game against the SG Bad Breisig in the Oberliga West. At the end of the season as league champions Saarbrücken rose in the Regionalliga, in Zeitz with eleven goals in 32 missions considerable share of the championship of the Regionalliga West and the associated walkover in the 3rd league had. National

On 31 August 2010 he was appointed by DFB coach Frank Wormuth in the squad of the German U20 national team to the game on Monday, September 6 against the U-20 national team of Switzerland.
