Marcus Vinnerborg

Karl Johan Marcus Vinnerborg ( born August 8, 1972) is a Swedish professional hockey referee, who is so far mainly used in the Elitserien, as well as at international meetings. Since the season 2010/11 is used as the first European referee in the North American professional league NHL.

Career

Vinnerborg lives with his wife and twin daughters in Ljungby. Prior to his professional career as a referee, he taught as a secondary school English and German.
