Maxim Velikov

Maxim Konstantinovich Welikow (Russian Максим Константинович Великов, born January 14, 1982 in Saratov, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since May 2013 in Atlant Mytischtschi in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Konstantin Welikow comes from the junior range of crystal Saratov. His professional career began at HK CSKA Moscow, for the first team, he was active in the Super League from 2000 to 2002. Subsequently joined the defender after he had begun the 2002/03 season at CSKA, in the course of this season to Chimik Woskressensk from the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league. From 2003 to 2004 he played for second division side Crystal Saratov in his hometown, before he was taken in the course of the season 2004/ 05 of its league rivals HK MVD Tver under contract.
