Sergei Borisov (ice hockey)

Sergei Dmitrievich Borisov (Russian: Сергей Дмитриевич Борисов; born October 18, 1985 in Moscow, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian professional ice hockey goaltender who stands since 2013 in Atlant Mytischtschi in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Sergei Borisov began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the HK CSKA Moscow, for its second team, he was from 2002 to 2006 in the Perwaja League, the third Russian league, active. Moreover, his debut for the first team of CSKA in the Super League, the goalkeeper was in season 2003/ 04. In two games, he had a Gegentorschnitt of 5:12. In the season 2005/ 06 he was allowed to begin again in a game for CSKA in the Super League. The 2006/07 season spent at the Russian Chimik -SKA Nawapolazk in the Belarusian Extraliga. He then moved to the league rivals HK Dinamo Minsk, in which he was able to convince a Gegentorschnitt of only 1.89 in 43 games and a catch rate of 92.8 %. He was then taken to the 2008/09 season of Amur Khabarovsk in the Kontinental Hockey League under contract, for which he regularly since then was used. In 2010 he moved within the KHL Severstal Cherepovets to, but arrived there only to use one. During the season he moved to Rubin Tyumen in the Wysschaja Hockey League. With Ruby, he won the 2011 championship game of the second class. However, after this success, he received a new contract with Rubin and found Yermak Angarsk finally with a new club in the second division.

In November 2011 he was given the opportunity to move to HK Spartak Moscow in the KHL, and took this responsibility. In the following two years, he completed 58 KHL games for Spartak and was during the 2012/13 season at times first goalkeeper of the club. Nevertheless, he received in 2013 no contract extension so that he moved to Atlant Mytischtschi.
