Michael Hohnstedt

Michael Hohnstedt (born 3 May 1988 in Ostercappeln ) is a German football player.

Career

Hohnstedt began his career in the youth of the local amateur club Union Varl. About the VfB Fabbenstedt and Prussia Espelkamp, ​​two other local amateur clubs, he finally got into the youth department of Arminia Bielefeld. In 2007 he was taken there in the second team, which played in the then fourth division Oberliga Westfalen. With the small Arminen a year later failed to qualify for the newly introduced Regional League West and then played a year for this in the newly introduced fünftklassigen NRW-Liga. 2009 he moved to the Regionalliga Nord to VfB Lübeck. Here Hohnstedt was able to establish with 67 league games in two years for the first time permanently as a regular player. In summer 2011, he moved to the West Regional to Sportfreunde Lotte. Two years later Hohnstedt was friends with the sports master of the Regional League West and thus took part in the rise of games to 3 league failed there but with his team at RB Leipzig. After he left the Sportfreunde Lotte and moved to the third league to VfL Osnabrück which has been the Maik Walpurgis, who coached him already in Lotte, had committed as a coach.
