Mišovice

Mišovice, 1924-1960 Mišovice ( German Mischowitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. They located three kilometers southwest of Mirovice and belongs to Okres Pisek.

Geography

Mišovice is located in the Central Bohemian hills and creek is crossed by the brook Mišovický. To the north of the Chlumek (526 m) and the V Ruzynì rise (505 m ) east of Hradec ( 477 m) and the hora ( 511 m), in the southeastern Jezvinec ( 545 m) and the hora ( 522 m), south the Kremenec (559 m ) southwest of the Haj (542 m) and west of the Kamenná (542 m).

Neighboring towns are Sochovice in the north, Plíškovice, Miro Vice, Zámostí, Kuchařův Mlýn and Horosedly in the Northeast, U Vršeckého, Nad Řištinami, Kakovice in the east, Slavkovice, Minice and Pohoří the southeast, U Nováka, Na Kozmovci, Na Krůvku, Chrást and Svobodka in south, Ostrov, Uzenice and Černívsko in the southwest, and Uzenicky Svučice in the west and Drahenicky, Drahenice and Ráztely in the northwest.

History

Archaeological finds indicate a settlement of the area by the Boii at the beginning of the 1st century. As part of the migration of peoples Slavs arrived in the area in the 6th century. Remains of graphite vessels from the 13th century shed light on that the village has Mišovice to this already exists.

The first written mention of the royal rule Klingenberg associated Mišovice village was in 1323, when John of Luxembourg Klingenberg pledged to Peter I. von Rosenberg. 1514 Christoph acquired by Swan Mountain the reigns Klingenberg and Worlik. In the division of the reign Klingenberg Mišovice fell in 1534 Bohuslav of Swan Mountain at Worlik. In 1575 Mišovice came back to power Klingenberg, this was the first time that the family of Mišovský Bodlák associated Freigut Mišovice mentioned. The owner of the domain Worlik, Johann Georg of Swan Mountain, bought the freehold in 1600 for his wife Elizabeth Colonna of Fels. During this time, the village came back to the Worliker goods. 1617 divided by Johann Georg swan mountain on the freehold and sold it including the privileged Kretschams. After the Battle of White Mountain, the estate of Peter of swan mountain was confiscated and 1621, the Eggenberger owner of the domain. After 1717 the Eggenberger extinguished in the male line, the Haus Schwarzenberg inherited their possessions. In 1840 Mischowitz consisted of 33 houses with 236 inhabitants. Vicarage was Pohor ( Pohoří ). Until the mid- 19th century, the village of Fideikommissherrschaft Worlik including the Allodialgütern Zalužan, Zbenitz and Bukowan remained submissive.

After the abolition of patrimonial Mišovice / Mischowitz formed in 1850 a part of the community Horosedly in Pisek District Commission and the Court of District Vice Miro. From 1877 belonged to the municipality Mišovice Kakovice. Between 1924 and 1960 Mišovice was used as a place name. In 1964, the municipalities Kakovice and Pohoří to the municipality Mišovice with the districts Kakovice, Minice, Pohoří and Slavkovice were merged. On November 26, 1971, the incorporation of Svučice ( with Drahenicky and Stranohoří ) was performed. To January 1, 1985 Mišovice was amalgamated with its suburbs by Miro Vice. On November 24, 1990 Drahenicky, Mišovice, Pohoří, Slavkovice and Svučice broke loose from Mirovice and formed the community Mišovice.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Mišovice Drahenicky (small Drahenitz ) Mišovice ( Mischowitz ) Pohoří ( Pohorsch ) Slavkovice ( Slawkowitz ) and Svučice ( Swudschitz ) and the settlement Slavkovická Hora ( Kolnahora ) and the monolayer Stranohoří ( Stranohor ).
