Moon Dae-sung

Moon Dae -sung (born 3 September 1976) is a South Korean Taekwondo practitioners and politicians.

He won the gold medal in the category over 80 kg at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. The South Koreans defeated the Greeks play in the final Alexandros Nikolaidis.

In August 2008, Moon Dae -sung as a member of the Athletes' Commission in the International Olympic Committee (IOC ) has been selected.

In the parliamentary elections in 2012, he was elected as a member of Saenuri Party in the South Korean parliament. The following week he got because of plagiarism in his doctoral thesis of 2007 in the criticism. After a two -year investigation of Kookmin University this officially announced that Moon received his doctoral degree fraudulent and plagiarized serious.
