Mueang Nongbua Lamphu District

Amphoe Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu ( in Thai: อำเภอ เมือง หนองบัวลำภู ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the province of Nong Bua Lamphu. The Nong Bua Lamphu Province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, Isan. The capital of the province of Nong Bua Lamphu also called Nong Bua Lamphu.

Geography

Nong Bua Lam Phu is located in the northeastern plateau on the western edge of Isaan. The distance to the capital Bangkok is a little more than 600 kilometers.

Neighboring districts (from the south clockwise): the Amphoe Non Sang, Si Bun Rueang Na and sound of the province of Nong Bua Lamphu, and Amphoe Nong Wua So Kut Chap, and the province of Udon Thani.

Management

Amphoe Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu in 15 communes ( tambon) divided, further in 172 villages ( Muban ) are divided.

Nong Bua Lamphu ( Thai: เทศบาล เมือง หนองบัวลำภู ) itself has a city - state ( thesaban Mueang ), it covers parts of the tambon Nong Bua, Tambon Pho Chai and the entire Lam Phu.

There are also three small towns ( thesaban tambon) in the district:

  • Hua Na ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล หัว นา ) consists of parts of the tambon Hua Na.
  • Well Mafueang ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล นา มะเฟือง ) consists of parts of the tambon Na Mafueang.
  • Na Kham Hai ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล นา คำ ไฮ ) consists of parts of the tambon Hua Na.

There are also 13 " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
